Bread Pudding with NUTELLA®:
3 whole eggs
8 oz. heavy cream
8 oz. whole milk
6 oz. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 cups stale bread cubes
4 oz. NUTELLA®
1. Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, milk, salt, sugar, and vanilla extract.
2. Stir in the bread cubes and turn mixture into a buttered 9” x 9” pan.
3. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-35 minutes, until pudding is puffed and reads at least 150 degrees Fahrenheit internally.
4. Cool pudding and cut into nine squares.
5. Drizzle 1 tsp. of NUTELLA® on top of each square and serve warm.
